It was a massive interview in scale. They try to arrange all interviews in 3 days and normally you will meet 2-3 interviewers perspectively in one day. The interviewers only ask questions in mandarin so please make sure you can express yourself in mandarin smoothly.
Applied online and was soon reached out by HR to schedule interview with team and HM. Second round was a case study and third round was with the Lead. After the final interview, I was ghosted by HR. I followed up to ask for updates, but they never responded. Would not recommend.

The usual Alibaba process is 3-4 interviews (including an HR interview). The whole process takes about a month+. You will most likely get asked the same questions by multiple people.
