It was a Skype interview. It was rather quick and easy. No written tests are required. The company have already selected the possible position that you will be interviewing for.

The interview is not difficult. Solid CS knowledge plus project experience is enough. The example questions can be found in others' interviews. Alibaba is a good company, but the work culture is a bit toxic.
