In the first step the interview was with department manager and team member, it lasted around 40 minutes, focusing on my skills and working habits withing team. Before second interview I had to fill the personality test, the results were discussed in the interview with HR and team leader. After 4 weeks received rejection, although department manager gave short feedback why he chose another candidate.
