The process started off quite nice. I did two behavioural tests and proceeded to the interview stage. At the interview, she went on to ask me the usual “tell me about yourself” question. The most surprising thing about that interview was that she never paid any attention to all I had to say throughout the process. It was very obvious from the get go that she wasn’t interested in me or she had filled the role already. She proceeded to send me the rejection email on a Saturday morning 😀 It was a complete waste of time for me.

the interview went well but their recruiter did not inform of the decision, upon following up, i was notified that they may consider my application for a different role which I found interesting and informed them of the same. after that, the recruiter Ghosted me. no reply to my emails. I followed up twice but never got a response. it is okay not getting the position but when you are considered for a different role by recruiter, they should keep you in loop
