The interview process takes 5 rounds: 1. recruiter screen, 2. take home case study, 3. line manager interview, 4. peer interview, 5. bar raiser. The whole interview process is quite lengthy and takes quite a lot effort. I did make to the final rounds and generally the interviewers are nice and smart. However, the final outcome is quite non-transparent, so that you might not know if you failed it or not in the course of the processes - you may fail someone but you are still going through the next round.
As I am quite surprised that I got the vibe with them, and I gotta chase them and in turn got the result that I did not get this without any clear feedback.

Entrevista
Contacted at random by a HR representative for the role. I did not apply for it. Spoke for approx 15-20 mins. Was rather pleasant. Was told I would then speak to 2 others over Zoom. This interview was ok, though felt one of them was disinterested. Didn’t get a positive vibe about the company and following further research decided that I wouldn’t want it anyway.
The issue I have though is being GHOSTED. I may not have been worried about getting the role but YOU approached me. YOU put me forward for another interview. The least YOU could do is give me the respect of telling me that I did not progress. It takes two minutes to write a stock standard ‘sorry but other candidates blah blah blah’ rejection email. This is really poor.
And I see you’ve readvertised the role YET AGAIN! How many times has it been now? Not many people would be encouraged to join an organisation that can’t settle on a candidate. Or is it they start and realise that it’s not a good place to work? Maybe the employee reviews are right?
