Recruiter reaches out to you first to determine if you fit for the job, then once you pass the 1st interview, you get interviewed by the manager, then once you pass the interview with the manager, then you do a final interview with regional head. It’s a total of 3 stages in the interview process. Once that one is done then you wait for recruitment to reach out to you if you got the job or not. What they want to know is if you fit the role or not.
