The title may sound a bit confusing, but it’s basically marketing, operations, pitches, events, project management all rolled into one. I thought it was exciting and I was excited to join... but here’s the story.. I had several interviews with this company. I met with the HR, she lowered my expected salary, fine I did make an industry change. I met with the team managers, and I did the case studies I was assigned. They were surprised by the quality and asked whether I had help so I knew I do a good job. They sound excited to have me onboard, and scheduled me to meet next Wednesday to meet the CEO. I wait for the confirmed time slot... all the way to Tuesday afternoon, NOTHING. I made the call to the HR, then they said sorry we are changing the company direction so we are not hiring, but if we have new positions we will let you know. I was sad, disappointed, and quite angry. I checked online and saw that they did have a structural change. I was still looking forward to join the company, but they never called back even though I saw other reviews saying they have newcomers Onboarding every few months 🙄 lost faith in this place 100%
