The recruiter was late, didn’t even show their face and exude any warmth or exuberance that you’d expect from a company who claims that their People Team is, and I quote, their “guardians of the employee experience”.
The questions are expected — but with little to no sensical bridging from one question to another, making it a very rigid and unwelcoming interview. Some questions somewhat indicated they didn’t even read my resume. And worse, when I asked basic questions about the company and the role at the end, I got “it’s just my 2nd month here” as an answer.
Granted, it was not my best performance in an interview. But I know an unwelcoming interview when experience one.
