The process took over a month, was reached out by various recruiters about the iOS position at Agoda Bangkok. Seeing how they are still have postings all over the web for the same position, I have to warn people not to waste as much time with them as I did.

Live whiteboard coding test with with hacker rank or similar
15 hour programming project “fix the worst app in human history”
At the end I got a generic “we found a better candidate” response, no feedback on the project.
The salaries quoted were 100-120k baht per month for a full time iOS developer and around 160k baht per month for lead/manager.

First round was a DS algo round, where 2 questions were asked. Medium level, nothing fancy.
In second round was given a hld of a booking system i had to tell what improvements i would make to the system.I mention a lot of things but was rejected cause i did not speak much on the QA side. You have to know about testing frameworks. I thought it was unfair by him to reject only on that basis. Hasn't changed the company himself in 10 years.

I was asked the question to find the minimum sum pairs in the array, and return all of them. The interviewer was very helpful and supportive.

Totally the worst experience. If you don't consider me as a candidate, please DONT ask me to do an online assessment.
I submitted the application on Nov 3, 2025, and completed the OA on Nov,10 2025 with 70% required time and over 90% test cases. Two days later, I received the rejected letter.
I'm never treated in this way, completed the OA but the interview is no show-up and waste both-side time
