Received a SHL test and personality questionaire from Agoda. The recruiter was kept a 30 min call with me and asked about my experience in chronological order. Then she asked about why am I interested in Agoda, how to define project KPIs, how to resolve conflict between stakeholders as a Project Manager etc. Pretty simple questions. She also shared that if we get green light from the manager, there would be 3 more rounds, including a case study. I never heard back from them later and received a rejection email after a few days with no reason provided.
