I applied via their website. I was contacted soon after (~2 weeks) to set up 2 interviews. First was with a manager, the second with a senior engineer. The interview with the manager was non-technical while the interview with the senior engineer was comprised of a series of basic electrical engineering questions presented in a PDF. The senior engineer walked through the questions over the phone and I answered accordingly.
