The whole process was pretty fast (less than a month) After first screening interview. I had an interview with a manager to check my overall knowledge in programming and architectural patterns. It aimed also to see if my mindset fit well with one theirs. After that I had a technical interview consisting of a pair programming session with company's senior developers.
