They brought me in and asked me the usual questions about past positions and what I felt my strengths were. At the time, they were looking to switch to Zend framework which I had experience with. After talking about all the work I had done and meeting the team to see how they felt about me, it was really a quick process. I was a pretty good candidate for what they needed and it was quick and painless.
