I applied with the recruiter, Doug. He was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. He was very upfront about AeroPay moving forward quickly with the interview process. And he was not wrong. The whole interview process took only 3-4 days. Everyone I talked to seemed to really care about the company and knew exactly what they were looking of in the candidates for this position. It's a very typical startup culture where people just come to do what they love.
