I was asked to submit a resume and then completed a pre-interview questionnaire. Afterwards, I was contacted to schedule an interview. I was interviewed by the current gallery manager and the director. Both were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I was passed on the position because another one was opening up "very soon" that they felt was more aligned with my interests.
