      I did the assessments and a phone interview. The recruiter was very rude. No sense of politeness. It felt like an interrogation, not an interview. This is the first time I’ve ever had a negative experience during the interview process.

      Applied online and was booked for the first interview slot (choosing from time slots same week). At 10pm ET, was unreasonably sent 8 cover letter-type questions "to address them tonight" despite having just discussed what time zone I was in. Nothing also that these were sent in a table format pasted as an image into the email (so I wouldn't be able to type in there anyway) from a talent manager at a software company... I did not receive a reply when I asked for a one day extension.

      Was emailed by HR after applying and selected dates for a 30-minute video interview (options were offered over the three days following the initial email from Advantive). After I confirmed the interview time, I was asked to submit answers to 8 questions "tonight" which HR "overlooked" sending earlier... this was requested at 9PM EST (I am in the same timezone as the company HQ and the HR Manager's timezone per Linkedin). I requested more time to complete the questions the following night, which would have still given Advantive the chance to review before the interview, but I never heard back. After reading other reviews here, good riddance. Oh, and the questions were sent pasted over as if they were copied from a word doc, with spaces for answers that would not be functional in email. Isn't this a software company? You would think they'd do better.

How do you plan to contribute to the achievement of these KPIs? 8. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing multiple projects with minimal guidance. Can you share an experience where you successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering positive results?
