it consists of Initial Call with TA 1st Stage Interview. generic competency based questions regarding previous experience etc. they call you and then you do an interview with them. you also attend a meet and greet interview.

Entrevista
I received a phone call from the recruiter after she contacted me on Linkedin. The phone call went great. I believe she is a great recruiter. Unfortunately, the person in charge of the role I was interviewing for, decided to call me unexpectedly afterwards. I think he was disappointed I couldn't pick up the time at the time he called.
This is very unfortunate, I would have appreciated scheduling a time before him calling me unexpectedly. We live in a busy world and calling prospective employees out of the blue feels a little disrespectful. Times have changed.
