There was a total of 3 rounds for the role. 1. Interview with Hiring Manager - To better understand your motivations and reasons for looking out / joining Adikteev - Layout the expectations of the role 2. Presentation of case study + Whiteboard live questions with Hiring Manager and CRO - The second interview was about 1.5 hours long - You will need to prepare a presentation base on the case study that was given, you will have up to 4 days to work on this - The purpose of the case study is to see your knowledge of the industry and presentation skills - For the virtual whiteboard session, you will be quizzed on your technical knowledge and to better understand your thought process - There will also be a few situational questions 3. Final Interview with COO and HR Director - Just would like to see how you fit with the company & culture - Tip: do come prepared with some questions about the directions of the company If you managed to get past all 3 rounds, HR will schedule a call with you to provide you with the good news!! :) Overall, I had a pleasant interview experience.
