1. Screening call with recruiter, asked about my past experience and familiarity with Google Ads etc. Invited for a virtual interview scheduled a week later. 2. Virtual interview with recruiter + senior member of technical team going into the role and asking for examples of my work/attitude. Invited to an in-person interview scheduled a week from then. 3. In Person interview. With senior staff member + staff member from Technical team. Lasted an hour, asked questions about past experience and also allowed me to ask back. Had a final interview scheduled a 4~ days later to go into specifics of the role again 4. Final interview with senior staff. Discussed role more in depth and gave idea of what day to day would be like. Opportunity to show off Github projects was used here. Received a call off recruiter to offer the position same day, and I accepted, Entire process lasted from 11/03/24-31/03/24~ Friendly & to the point!
