My interview experience with the Adaptive Biotechnologies team was very positive. Everyone I spoke with (via phone 1-1) on the interview team (hiring manager, HR Lead, 2 team members) were passionate about their offering, very experienced and professional. A particular stand out was the Sr. Talent Sourcing Partner, Shannon Fatigante. Specifically, her timely communication, organization, personal touch, genuine interest in me and my experiences for the position of Training Lead was OUTSTANDING. While this should be the norm, my experiences have demonstrated that it is not at other companies. Shannon was excellent! The decision was made to put the position on hold for now. I will definitely keep my eye out for when Adaptive puts this position back up or for any other position that I have experience in as my impression this is a great place to work based on my interactions with everyone, especially Shannon.
