The recruiter reached out to me and asked for available dates. I requested a specific time due to conflicts with my current role, which they confirmed. The scheduled call never happened. I followed up via email about 10 minutes after the missed call and never received a response. No explanation, no reschedule offer, no acknowledgment. Whatever the reason, candidates deserve basic communication especially when they’ve gone out of their way to make scheduling work.
