Interviewed with the SVP of Employee Experience. Appeared as a decent person, easy & typical questions. This was my first interview in years, I wore a suit, answered questions to the best of my ability. However, there was zero follow up after the interview. The interviewer said I would hear back by the following week, and I never heard a thing. I followed up with an email, and received an ooo for the week auto reply. I prepared for the interview, respectfully and kindly did my best, sent a thank you email for the interview, however I was not given the courtesy of any type of response. This is certainly a representation of the company and the people leading it, especially when the lack of courtesy is from the Employee Experience department.
