I found the job announcement on Indeed, which had me apply on the company website. I had to create a profile and attach the required documents. I was contacted within a week by email to schedule a phone interview with the corporate recruiter. Within a few days I was invited in for an interview with the General Manager. The interview went great but I still had to come in again for a second interview with the rest of the office team. I was then asked to complete a writing sample, and a test for my proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. I was offered the position a couple of days later contingent on completion of a background and drug test.

The entire process was very relaxed, but professional. There was a lot of emphasis placed on previous experiences and how my core values align with the companies. They were quick to follow up and had excellent streamlined processes that made everything go smoothly from beginning to end.
