You will be called for an interview, and whether it is in person or not depends on the clinical location. I interviewed pre-COVID so it was in person. You will meet with some random unoccupied BCBA who will ask you some basic questions, then you'll be toured around the clinic, put with a client and another RBT that evaluate your interactions with the client, and then finally you sit down with the clinical director to discuss the pertinent details.

Typical interview process. HR rep seemed kind of uninterested but moved me to the next interview. Very quick also so I can see why there is alot of turnover with certain positions.

It was a breeze, went back and forth email with recruiter. Had a phone interview before an in person interview with the operations manager. The in person interview including observing an RBT with a patient.
