Was taken into large boardroom with other candidates. Given a detailed description of company/job. Was asked to interview each other. Then you are interviewed by two sets of people. Whole process takes about three hours.
It was a fun interview process, and I enjoyed being able to be face to face with those I would be working for. It was a very calm environment, and I did not feel pressured at all.

Multi step interview process in which you interview with your peers, then with members of management. You are put into a room with other interviewees and made to ask each other questions. If you impress your peers and many people state they would like to work with you when they are asked in their interview with management, you will likely be chosen for a position. You need to impress both your peers and the management team.
