The interviewers did not know what they were talking about, irrelevant questions. No HR involved. the process was slow and painful. No questions allowed to be asked. it was not a great experience

WARNING: COMPANY LOWBALLS CANDIDATES Dysfunctional, disjointed process. Applied for role via Glassdoor -- there is no ATS system, but rather an HR email to direct resumes. Approximately two weeks after submission, was invited to an interview with the hiring manager. To my surprise, a panel interview was conducted. This lasted about an hour and a half, and was invited the next week for a second round. Again, another surprise panel interview of internal customers. .
