Group interview first, have a go on checkouts, stacking shelves etc. Group games with other applicants. At the end of this, you are interviewed by one member of the team... You will find out if you have the job within a few days.

Friendly and relax atmosphere. There were multiple team building task,and then 20 mins interview individually and 10 mins as a group on shop floor. Easy questions such as availability, what I know about the company, and the reason why choosing to work there.
Good interview process, nice staff. Would recommend trying. Not too difficult. Friendly and comprehensive interview process. Just asking about previous work history etc, walking through my cv then a few example projects.
In person interview, they ask 4 questions mainly personality based and also some work related ones. They then tour you around the store, and you get to meet some colleagues
