After screening call with internal recruiter, was asked to interview with hiring manager. Was then scheduled for multiple interviews including peers and CEO. Some were one on one, others were with two people at a time. All interviews were remote (COVID). Interviews were spaced over three days. The interviews very engaging, with lots of give and take and opportunities to ask questions. Was easy to judge their level of commitment and get a feel for the company culture. Got verbal offer within a few business days of last interview. Smooth process overall with very good follow-up from recruiter.
