My interviewers were professional and had a good balance of friendliness and not shying away from difficult questions. It gave me the opportunity to show how I confront complex issues.

There were two rounds, the second being a live interview with two staff members. Questions were relatively straightforward if you study the petroleum industry beforehand. They also asked about how I kept up with current events.
