The interview process was broken down into a two stage process. One stage was relating to the culture of AND, which was very informal. The other was a technical interview, where you are given a problem to solve and then present back.
Culture and Technical Interviews. Technical was given a product brief and had to talk about how I would plan the work, estimations, timings etc and for culture standard how would you deal with this situation etc.
