1 initial 15 minute chat with company HR recruiter, then 3 separate 30min interviews with hiring manager, a PM and finally HR all via teams/ video. I had to complete a psychometric test before the HR interview. These took place over 4 weeks.

Eerste screening per telefoon, volgende zou een gesprek worden. De sollicitatie zelf was professioneel, de email om mij te informeren over de resultaten was tactloos met "afwijzing" als header verstuurd.
