Interview process was easy. They really just want you to be specific (aka show them you’re already taking on a leadership role) Make sure you describe what you did and the EXACT outcome of the situation. Most questions are situational or what ifs

They started with asking questions about previous experience and then questions about the responsibilities of the job. After that they asked me what one of my strengths was and weaknesses. Also asked about my availability.

Fun and easy interview process. Be yourself, make them laugh, and nerd out. Just remember they want a team and friendly feel from you and you’ll be great/solid in there.
It was a very thoughtful and detailed interview. I really appreciated everything that was said. I loved hearing about the details of these job. Its interesting to see how everyone works to together to create an collaborative environment
