I was given a phone interview prior to being scheduled for a one-on-one which consisted of standard questions about my character and availability. I arrived about fifteen minutes early for the one-on-one and I didn't have to wait long for them to see me. The interview itself was pretty standard, also containing questions about character, availability, and customer service. It took about 10 minutes overall, nothing too complicated.

Very chill, i wanted a part time job in high school The manager was cool and was personable to talk to. They just asked to sell stubs pamphlets ( I think the program is different now).
Applied online and then was called in for interview. The HR manager conducted the interview, and afterwards I received an offer. Typical questions like name a stressful situation and name a time you had to overcome a difficult situation.

they push rewards cards, show you a walkthrough of the theatre and the staff break room. they ask you your shirt size and your favorite movie (that is the fun part)
