After applying I received a phone call about 3-4 days later asking me if I would like to attend an open interview session. This open session is very important. It gives the hiring staff a chance to see all possible employees. You want to set yourself apart from all of the others. We were all (about 9 of us) taken up to a room where we introduced ourselves and were given a short presentation about the company and then they went over some basic questions. During these basic questions, it is key to try to volunteer to answer all of them. They are more opinion type questions. For example, "What's your favorite movie and why?" If you answer these, you will seem eager and outgoing, a big plus. This is just a chance for the staff to see who's personality will fit in best with their company. After this, I was called approximately 2 hours later and asked if I could return for a follow-up interview the next day. This interview was just between me and the Assistant Manager. He asked me some more complicated and in-depth questions generally referring to customer relations issues or possible circumstances. I was very straightforward and polite throughout the interview, and was able to display more of my personality.
