Applied online, through the website, they do not have applications at the theater. Recieved a call in less than a week. The supervisor who calls verifies some of your application and does a small phone interview. After the phone interview, set up the in person interview for the next day. Arrived early and was given a packet to read on stubs and on employee guidelines. The interviewer asked a few questions, not a long interview. "Have you ever been to a place that was messy? How did that make you feel? Have you ever waited in a long line? What could have been done to improve this?" There were a few more along those lines. After those questions there was a role play where you had to pitch the stubs card to the interviewer.

Process took about 3 weeks, online application was reviewed and I got a call back within a week. After the phone screening, I was brought in for an in-person interview which lasted about 25mins with a super friendly manager who made clear the expectations of holiday and weekend availability requirements as well as a work ethic involving Friendliness, Cleanliness, and Quickness/Efficiency.
