Applied online, called back 3 days later and had an interview that same week. The call was just why I wanted to work there and if I enjoy the movies and why I enjoy movies. The interview questions were basic question: How to handle a difficult customer, biggest achievement, what do you think would be hard about this job, where I see myself in a year, then I had to try to sell AMC Stubs Premiere member.

Friendly interview. Ask questions about how you would handle different customer service situations. 5-10 questions. Fairly simple. They let you know over the phone if you got the job or not.
