I applied for an open position and within a week I was contacted by their recruiting service. At first, I was selected to interview for a different position that I didn’t apply for. I did and then they wanted me to interview for another position as well. I did and then I didn’t hear back from the recruiter at all. I ended up contacting the manager for the position I wanted and we took it from there. I had an in person interview within a few days and the communications between us were open.
