They're very nice if a little bit impersonal for the first interview. I loved talking to them at their information session/presentation about the company. They had ~8 previously determined questions that they read off a paper. Wrote down my answers but didn't really seem to listen/engage with them. Don't get me wrong, I really enjoyed the interview and the company is great. They might benefit from fewer more intensive recruiting steps. Would have loved to work there though!
