Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en ALDI (Bolton, England) en sept 2017
Entrevista
Applied online, received an email within a week to choose an interview time on a set date around 2 weeks later (other options are available if you can not make it). The interview was 1-2-1 with area manager, when not answering set interview questions it seemed more of a relaxed 15 minute casual conversation. Received an email the next day saying:
"Thank you for your recent application. Unfortunately on this occasion you have not been successful.
Due to the high volume of applications that we receive, we are unable to provide specific feedback to individual candidates.
We would welcome applications from you in the future, however please note that for the next 12 months you will be unable to reapply."
Scenario: "It's a busy Saturday afternoon, a customer wants to buy a leg of lamb thinking it is at a reduced price, this item has no reduced label on, you know there are some leg of lambs that are reduced when on the date of expiry. However, you see this leg of lamb still has a week left, what would you do?"
Stores are particularly busy at weekends, can you work weekends? We start are early as 6am and as late as past 10pm, would you be willing to work those times?
At Aldi we are a small team of people, sometimes doing up to 15 jobs each and that is how we keep the prices for customers so low. Within a group of people there can be conflict, can you tell me about a time you experienced conflict within a team and how you resolved it?

Group interview where you had to role-play scenarios about working in the store. Hard to actually get a word in and it was online which made it even more difficult.
Had a group online interview and I felt it was very hard to get any point across and it felt very over the top and the process seemed too long for what the job actually was
Started as a group where we were educated on the history and benefits about working at ALDI, and were asked what we think working at ALDI is like. Seemed like a good company with fair pay. The individual interview itself only asked availability.
