The interview process was three rounds, the first was on campus (one twenty minute interview, pretty standard). Be prepared to talk about what your family would think about you working retail/Aldi, what some of your reservations are. The second round was a tour of their DC with their head of Warehouse and an Aldi store with a DM. Make sure to ask a ton of questions, and generally be involved in the conversation. After that, there are four rounds of interviews with various upper management, each is very relaxed and they generally seem to just want to get to know you and ask a couple of boiler plate questions first. I asked my last interviewer if i could have improved in any way, and in a nutshell he said no that i was great. However, I learned later that they were recruiting only bilingual candidates (out of eight being interviewed, the only two who went on spoke spanish fluently).

First round interview was s video interview with each question having a prerecorded question, then 30 seconds of prep time to answer the question with about 2 minutes of time. You sit at a device of your choosing and stare at yourself the entire time.
