I was contacted by a recruiter in regards to an open SBA position. A call was scheduled for the following day. After speaking to him, another call was set up. In all, I had 4 phone interviews and 1 in person interview. The entire process is extremely well streamlined. I always knew at the end of the call what the next steps were and they always folllowed through.
