Got a phone call and setup an interview the same day. Fill out quite some paperwork. A one-on-one interview (~20 mins) with a manager, mostly asked about your experience and how comfortable you are with K9~12 math contents. A SAT math test (one section, 20 mins). A 10 mins mock class with the director of the institute with a random section of class material (only 10 mins for preparation). I was asked to help a kid solve one problem which took about 5 mins.
