It consists of three rounds, a Technical assessment, a Technical interview, and an HR interview. The assessment consists of conceptual questions in form of multiple choice, The technical interview tests the understanding of learning in school and implementation.

Questions related to the specific intern position, practical questions, some scenarios "what would you do", questions about approach to users/noticing user issues/previous experiences with helping users/explaning new things to users. No portfolio showing, but space to discuss projects (ux-related internship).
