It was very easy, it was like a regular conversation. Basic questions, about your availability, what you do. Talk about the company, the changes, the management, the bad schedule that you are gonna be getting.

2 interviews - quick easy - not much probing - First interview was held over the phone - after which 2 interviews where done in person. first was upper management 2nd was with the floor manager - fairly simple and basic. not much difficulty in questions either.
