I had a phone interview with an HR rep. She was very friendly and polite, but the questions seemed to be read off an interview handbook with the typical "how did you resolve a problem", "greatest strength/weakness", nothing about the actual job,

Initial phone screening for about 20 minutes, went in the office and met with 3 different folks, totaling about an hour and a half. Each of them stated I would receive a follow-up email from the recruiter. As other reviews have stated, I never heard a word after that point. I even sent another email about two weeks later, nothing. Really odd. If you're going to reject a candidate, at least have the decency to let them know and not ghost them. I feel better knowing I wasn't the only one....
