Standard review process, you submit your application then an internal recruiter calls you for a phone interview, then you come in for an in person interview. The issue I had was that the internal talent acquition clearly did not do any research on my resume and asked me some dumb questions about what I did. She also seemed severely uncomfortable and ranted on some innapropriate things. I've been on a lot of interviews during my lifetime and in all honesty she failed to ask the proper questions to narrow down a candidate.
