Entrevista
I was initially interviewed over the phone and was told by the recruiter that based on my work experience I seemed to be a perfect for the position offered. I was given three tests in the office for grammar, customer service and self-evaluation. I passed all tests with exceptional scores and was complimented by the office staff. I was then given a technical support test, which I easily passed with an exceptional score. I was then commended again for my score. Finally, I was interviewed and asked many questions of which I was again commended for my answers. I was old I was a perfect fit for the position and given a second interview, which was to be an interactive interview to determine my "personality." There were a dozen of us in the interactive interview and after everyone had their turn half of us were eliminated for "not having any personality." This was told to me by the interviewer who pretended to be Darth Vader and constantly quoted Star Wars jokes. In my 13 years in Customer Service and having received many compliments and commendations by my customers I never once was required to impress anyone by pretending to be an old movie character and having basic movie trivia for said movie. Unfortunately, the "interactive interview" is not so much an interview as it is an audition to prove how fake you can be. My customers have never been faked by me and always received the highest quality customer service, which this company obviously lacks completely.
