I was asked a few questions by the CEO over the email, which I responded and subsequently got the interview. My feedback would be for an AI recruitment company; it really does show that they are not well versed in dealing with people. Personally I understand that there's some automation in the email process but the people part was not so good. I spoke with Baisali and perhaps she did try her best, but it felt very clinical. I had to pause her during the wrap up to ask my question, and then when I asked my questions I felt like I was being judged. Having been in HR previously, seeing your team not holding up to mark for what they are selling seemed like a red flag. Oh well, didn't make it to the next round and it was for the best.
