¿Qué harás?

Apoyo legal general dentro de la corporación
Convocar reuniones y mantener el orden de la agenda
Actuar como punto de contacto con despachos externos y notarías
Brindar apoyo en documentación o consultas legales a colaboradores de diferentes áreas de GSK
Apoyar en tareas administrativas como el seguimiento de facturas y pagos relacionados con despachos legales, notarías, honorarios y otros gastos relacionados con litigios y reclamaciones
Redacción inicial de documentos legales; respuesta a oficios, preparación y seguimiento de documentos legales
Redacción inicial de contratos, anexos y terminaciones
Apoyar al Departamento Legal en las innovaciones tecnológicas en curso
Apoyar en la organización y mantenimiento del archivo físico y electrónico del Departamento Legal.

¿Qué aprenderás?

Apoyarás al equipo Legal en Argentina gestionando tareas legales prácticas, coordinándote con colegas y aprendiendo de abogados con experiencia. Trabajarás en contratos, presentaciones legales y asuntos administrativos que mantienen nuestras operaciones en funcionamiento.
