The RoleWe are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Case Operations Coordinator who excels at logistics and coordination and is passionate about advocating for people facing crisis.
You’ll work from home. You’ll need a quiet space, fast internet, and the discipline to stay on task without close supervision.
You will perform a wide range of coordination and administrative tasks to advance our mission of helping immigrants secure their future in the United States through asylum. You must be flexible: the nature of your tasks may change daily or over time, with you stepping up to do whatever is needed to give clients the best experience possible. Policies and procedures will change frequently, as we’re a fast-growing company constantly experimenting to optimize our delivery of services.
To be clear, the work is at times intense: we're doing important, in some cases life-or-death, work for clients, on compressed timelines, and we’re serious about promoting a culture of excellence in all that we do. If you can handle that, and you’re passionate about supporting people who truly need the best help possible as they face a crisis, you’ll find working at Political Asylum Lawyers immensely rewarding.
